Welcome to the online entry system for the Sutton Music Festival

SMF have chosen the registration website Run My Festival for online entries.

Several Festivals across the U.K. use this platform and once registered with Run My Festival, there will be no need to re-register with other Festivals you may wish to enter.

We open for entries from 1st August 2025 and close entries on the 1st October 2025.


Entries through this RmF system must be made by an adult aged 16 or over. Entries for younger people must be made by their parent, guardian or teacher on their behalf. By making this entry you are confirming that you are aged 16 or over, and that the e-mail address you have used to register with this system is your own.

It is a condition of entry at the Festival NOT to admit any Entrants/Performers/Audience that are under the age of 16 years unless accompanied by their parent/guardian/carer. The Festival does not operate a chaperone service.

Creating an account in run my festival means that in the future you will be able to enter any other Festival who uses run my festival through their own website. If that is the case you will always be asked to accept the Privacy Policy of each Festival you attempt to access.
